I ordered 2 sets of upper teeth and cream from this store on 2/9/13. The money was taken from my card on that date as well. On 2/22/13 I e-mailed them and was told that the USPS could not confirm my address and that was why it hadn't been shipped and that they needed me to confirm my address, and I did. On 3/1 I spoke to them on live chat, reconfirmed my address and was told that the cream was out of stock and would be in on Tuesday or Wednesday and that my order would be shipped that week. It was not. I sent them another e-mail on 3/10 asking what was going on and explained to them that I had discussed this with an attorney and that if they did not send my order or a refund that I would take legal action and got no response from them.I e-mailed back again today 3/13 asking for full refund and have am waiting for a response. I would not recommend anyone order from this company.
