I bought something at motherhood maternity store on jan of 2013 for 3.00 something only a bra strap for maternity bra. They ask my email address for future store sales and discounts i said yes sure, they ask me if i want to donate to cancer for 1.00 i said yes sure my mother is breast cancer survivor ofcourse i will and i did. March 13, 2013 today a $20.00 flat charged my debit account. I definitely was home and not doing any shopping online or instore. I called my bank and my bank said it was from Motherhood Maternity store in tukwila, wa for Parenting magazine for 20.00. I called Parenting magazine very furious as i am 23 weeks pregnant but it does not mean they can scam me for any parenting magazine that i never bought or said yes to, or plan to buy. They keep saying that i said yes to magazine for 20.00 which makes me more angry because in the first place who would buy a magazine for 20.00? plus i did not buy it that's the point it is obviously fraud and scamming people. second of all, how did they know my debit account number? they said thru the store! wow! and eeewwww! I am so mad right now, i am 23 weeks and 20.00 dollars is not 10.00 it is not 5.00 it is not 15.00 i can buy a prenatal vitamins for 20.00 a good one! Every cents counts when one is pregnant and for them to take advantage of mothers like me esp new moms like me is hard to swallow what kind of earth do we live in? what kind of human beings to we deal in today on a daily basis? They are so wrong, and even if my bank will give me back the money, that's not the point, the point is the stress we all have to go thru just to stop and prevent this and reverse it took so much energy from us. I hope that store will be close and that parenting magazine should be ban or forever their business should suffer and their employees too who succumb to those kind of wrong doings.
