I purchased a rim on 3/1/13 from an online Bike Shop called SGV CYCLES.. My complaint is cause I did purchase this item and paid in full, yet the company refused to respond to my request to obtain a tracking number and estimated arrival date. I purchased the item for 435$.. 410.00 for the aerospoke and 25$ shipping fee. When I noticed no one would respond to my emails I decided to call the company and spoke to a Gentleman named Henry who claimed he worked in the warehouse for 4 years. He looked up my order when I gave him my transaction number and invoice number. He then stated that for some reason my order had been cancelled which made me upset because the funds were already deducted from my netspend account from this particular store. he didn't even state why it was cancelled or what the problem was..i told him I never had a problem using my netspend card before and he had to have mistaken my order. I advised him of that, I was very upset it makes no sense to deduct funds and then say it was cancelled. I did not cancel this order! He advised me to contact the card company and also said my refund should be in my account. I did just that and found there was no posted refund. I received information to the dispute center. It is now the 13th no one has called or responded to my emails from SGV cycles. Im upset, I saved for over 6 months specifically for that item and I feel as if my hard earned money has been taken from me...I feel like i've been ripped off.THEY TAKE MY MONEY YET HAVE NOT PROVIDED ME WITH GOODS. I just want my money back and I don't even want the rim, this experience has inflicted stress and I feel unsafe shopping with a credit card and NEVER AGAIN with SGV CYCLES! Unprofessional!
