I called them in November and they took $900.00 out of my acct every month for three months then I was assigned a loan modification specialist Nyssa Nelson in New York. She called me just before Christmas and took some information. She didn't get back in touch with me until Jan 6. I was emailed some forms to fill out and fax back to her. I sent the forms Jan 16. I then tried to contact her from Jan 19 till Feb 20 approx. She would never return my calls or emails. I finally got in touch with her and she couldn't tell me anything about the progress. I then got a letter from Indy Mac that my house would be sold March28. This company has caused my family to lose our house. The reason I turned this firm was because of the run around I was getting from Indy Mac. I would like this firm and it's associates to get what's comming to them. Had I known how they handled business I could have used the money I paid them for someone to really help. National legal associates has cost me my home.
