I am filing a chapter 7 Bankruptcy and it is time for me to go buy a car I went to Ganley Ford West to look at some cars. The salesman told me that he didn't have the car that I wanted but he had this Ford Edge that the car note would be $529.00 a month. I told him that I didn't like the car and I could not afford a note that high. I told him that I was going to bring my fiance in tomorrow to co-sign with me to see if the note would go down and then and only then I would get that car. The next day came and he said that his credit wasn't good so I had to keep the car and pay that high note. I told him no can I please have my down payment back he said no because he already submitted my application to Prestige and they already funded the money. I called Prestige and they said they didn't funded any money because I have not proved my income. Therefore the people at Ganley Ford West is lying to me and doing me so wrong all I want is my down payment back. So that I can go somewhere else.
