This si a compleat scam.I was assured that the trial offer was without problems.They sent the trial which I returned immediately with a note saying I did not want it.They didn't reply,but in January and February they took £69 from my account. When I phoned them a very aggresive |American woman said I could not return anything without a special number.I don't have a special number and said so she then said they would not accept any returns.My Bank has stopped any further payments and my card has been changed.However a am still £138 out of pocket.Isn't it time something was done about these companies?
