Chris had been called several times but always had some problem as to why he couldnt come back or he never returned the phone calls. In the past thee months he has phoned stating that he would return the money in full but never has and never returned any phone calls and all future calls have gone to voice mail

- This sounds EXACTLY like my situation. I am trying to get his MHIC license so I can file another complaint. However, I am starting to think he doesn't have one.
