ON 12 Feb 2013 I ordered a trial pack from http://offerfbe.purifyre.com/# which said I needed to pay only for the shipping. It does not list any terms and conditions on this page. On 5 March 2013 my credit card was charged $86.56. I mailed them but they claimed they did not receive my email. I called them several times but always got the automated voice response. I finally could reach them on 14 Mar 2013. They said they would not refund the amount as I had already exceeded the 30 day limit. Also on the very same day my credit card was again charged $92.51. I have not received any tracking number or anything so far. But still they would not refund the money back.
In the terms and conditions page from http://www.purifyre.com/ it is no where mentioned that we need to pay for the trial pack. But now the representatives are bending the lines written over there and saying that we need to pay for the trial pack as well.
Please, I have tried this stuff and it does not work at all. Also their customer service representatives are extremely rude. I have a very bad opinion of this company.
Please do not order any stuff from here.
