I was offered a free sample of facecream when filling out a survey for my bank and there was a delivery charge of £3.99. Today this company took £98.52 from my bank account. I have tried contacting their UK customer service line and the line is dead! I have now emailed them asking them to give my money back which they tole from my bank account!
