I received a bill for $20 from this company. When I rang to see what it was about I was told by a very rude lady that i had signed up for quizzes and that she could not refund me the amount. I am very upset that they can do this and although it is not much money I still want them to refund me. Has anyone else had this happen and did you get your money back?
