I have been trying to work with them for a month and have gotten nowhere with them. It started with them giving me misinformation about the cost of a phone and when they told me I could save money by changing my data plan, they forgot to mention that it would add 2 years to my contract. I have two phones on my plan and when I tried separating them and making them individual plans, they never did get that right. For over a month i have been working to get these straightened out - just got that done. Now I will have to pay $200 early-termination fee because I don't want to be with them. I was also charged $500 (unknown to me until my bill came). I believe that they are rip off con artists and will screw long time customers just to earn a dollar.
