We were traveling, it got late, we got tired and tried to find an inexpensive motel (safe and clean) to stay in for the night.
We checked into the above motel with a puppy which they gave us a room and it was charged to our credit card.
We entered the room and found to be FILTHY (chairs stained with what looked like dog fecus). We have pictures of how discusting the chairs and furniture were.
We immediately went to the desk and ask for a refund (within 15 minutes of arriving).
They charged us $99 and WOULD NOT REFUND our money.
We IMMEDIATELY left and finished driving 3 hours home (half awake).
