International boundaries
Company refuses to close account and is continuing to take payments. They are stating that there is an account closure fee of $250, however this has never been mentioned in any communication and it is not mentioned in the contract that was signed. They were very fast to respond to all messages i sent them before i stated i wanted to close my account, now they never reply to anything.

- They did the same with me...they are not replying to any messages now...I am worried if they will charge me on the next billing cycle...

- This is (Inappropriate Content Removed) ..The Loyalcheckin company clearly has a stated and Legal agreement for the Term of the License as with other products and Licenses as per the International laws of Licensing as every licensee reads and agrees to that agreement and then only takes License ..Also i have been a Loyalcheckin Platinum Licensee myself for a Year now without any hassles and they have made me a millionaire with a successfull business in Canada region at a national level ..so all you failures as above stop your (Inappropriate Content Removed)comments around and start doing some serious business ..your truly ..Callahan R

- After speaking with the company, I now wish to offer a complete retraction to my earlier comments. Loyal Checkin is not a fraudulent company and is not guilty of anything other than being slow to respond to emails. To anyone wishing to start with the company then ensure you read the contract fully, other than that you will have no problems. To anyone who is having issues with contacting the company then all i can say is keep trying - the will respond.

- The above complaint is Invalid and does not hold any ground as the reality is different than this .The company and its agents are very cooperative and they take care of the sites and panels regulary even providing new updates free of cost and also one of my friends has decided to cancel the license as she was busy elsewhere and they responded with any help needed on the same and also agreed to even cancel the agreement Mid-Term in-spite of the fact that they could have charged for the full term but they are Honest and above all Ethical business owners due to whom we have managed to be successfull in our Local Loyalty business with their platform and have grown to the covering the entire city now and we are also earning handsome by the platform and the help provided by them and above all they never even come to the Front as they are complete White label business opportunity but we are not afraid to speak the truth over them even though Loyalcheckin does not want to be media-conscious due to their White Label offer. We are doing great with their platform as a Licensee in new York region right now.Good company .
