I had an email & start up error issue and searched the internet to find a solution. ErrorEND said they could resolve my problem so I downloaded and paid to have my computer fixed. It did not fix the problem. I sent an email requesting refund inline with the money back garantee - I got a response requesting additional information. I provided that information and now my emails are bouncing back - no response.
