I went to this agency named "Multitax Services" to make my taxes of 2012. (around january 26 2013)
Beside the w2 form an the tax payer # and all the regular information to do my taxes,they ask me to give them my bank account # and call them on january 31st to confirm that the IRS approved my tax return,also i choose to get my refund by electronic deposit,they say it will be deposit to my bank account around february 10th,NOT TRUE! yesterday they call me to let me know my check was ready so I went to their office and found a "UNIVERSITY BANK" check,they say the IRS use this bank and another 4 banks to make their tax refund checks,they try to convince me of that and another lies.
I did't took the check and after argue with them for about 10min. i ask them to give me my paperwork and they say until next week end they will do it because they have to cancel it with the IRS
