I had an Iphone that I wanted to sell, so I looked up a few companies, and decided to go with the above named company. (This company goes by several names). I did the questionnair about the phone and received a quote of $64.00 for the phone. They sent me the box and shipping label to send it. So I waited for the check and it never came. On 3/15/2013, I called the company. I was given reference #29187, and transferred to a representative. He told me that the phone was worth $20.00, and I told him that that was not the quoted price. My phone was in good working order and nothing was wrong with it. They also don't want the seller to delete any information on the phones, laptops or other electronics. I deleted everything because I had my passwords and a lot of personal information on it. Anyway, I told him to send my phone back, and he told me that his supervisor would call me. I told him that I do not want to speak with anyone, and just send the phone back, and I will pay the postage. I believe this company scams people by first giving you a quote and then not sending you the check, and give another quoted price after the seller calls and inquires about the item. They have many phone numbers also: (Personal Information Removed), and (Personal Information Removed).
