Mermagica.com, a USA-based company, appear legit and market themselves as makers of custom-made mermaid tails but in actual fact, take your money and run.
They have their own Facebook site but, understandably, regularly delete negative comments.
They do return emails eventually but pretend they've never heard of you or your order even though you are required to sign up to their site to make an order first. I now have no option but to declare fraud to my credit card company and try to get the funds back from them.
