Called to inform me that my computer had many viruses and that they could help me clean it up. At first I thought they were trying to sell me their software but they said they could check to see if my computer was still under warranty and if it was I was entitled to their product at no cost,as well as getting a refund. I was stupid. They got my debit card information and instead of transferring moneys into my account they took moneys out. The tech I worked with made me to do the transactions to Western Union over and over saying that sometimes there were glitches. I questioned why the amount kept changing then got suspicious and asked him why I was not typing my name in as the receiver. The moneys went to India. I called my bank's info line and discovered the theft. I canceled my debit card and was told to call the bank when it opened in the morning. The only information I have is that I was to be contacted by Wm. Anderson, Sr., executive person in technical support. The number they gave me is +1 209 676 4447. When I got angry and asked to speak with the supervisor I spoke with Brendon Gillard. They did install or at least I think they installed the following programs: AVG 2013, C Cleaner and Glary Utilities. Mr. Gillard advised me against calling Western Union or my bank and promised to call me tomorrow after he discovers what happened and if there was an error he would transfer the moneys back into my account or write me a check. He said that calling the bank or Western Union would only cause me delays and asked that I wait until I hear from him tomorrow morning.

The address listed for them on their email is 835 Market Street, San Francisco 94103.
