Purchased a RegalCigs starter kit on-line for $4.95 February 17, 2013. I decided it was not for me. I requested for an RMA number, returned the product within a week, after purchase. On March 17, 2013 a deduction was made from my account in the amount of $23.99. When I called RegalCigs on March 18, 2013 and spoke with Kathy..she stated that it was a "Re-stocking fee". That would be a 20% restocking fee, if I were billed $119.95 and returned the product after 30 days. I did not feel that this was right. Nothing was mentioned about a restocking fee, on a starter kit.
