This company needs to be shut-down. A complete scam website that makes it look like you're changing your address directly with the USPS. The USPS only charges 1.00 for this service and this company thinks it's legal to charge 19.95 for the same service. When calling the customer service line, nobody ever answers and it asks you to leave a message. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
