A tech was called to service my boiler. He claimed he bled the air that was bounding up my heating system and tested for proper ruinning operation. The following 2 days my boiler began leaking and water was all over the floor. I called him (Jose) back to repair the situation. He said that he would return later that day but did not. Water continued running through my boiler. After I called him 3 more times, I called another company to repair my damage. The second repair cost me 316.23. I already paid the Manatuck H&Ac,inc 120.00. In addition, the other company (Dart Fuel) tech (Brian) stated to me that Manatuck tech caused the new problem because they serviced the wrong part of my boiler and if I did not correct the leak caused by Manatuck tech (Jose), my boiler would have blown. I continued calling Manatuck to follow up on the problem and did not get an answer until today about 11:30 am. The tech (Jose) stated that he would reimburse me the money I paid to him (120.00) if I give him his invoice back. I believe that the Manatuck repair person tried to scam me so that he could cause me to pay for additional repairs. However, after the 3rd time I called him today and informed him of the information I received for Dart repair tech and demanding that he give me my money back, he decided to comply with my reques ,in lieu, of a civil suit. I am filing this complaint so that anyone else who have questions about this company can read this and be careful about hiring them.
