I paid a very high price for what was supposed to be a move out deep clean. The crew did not call ahead to let me know what time they would be arriving and I could not get a hold of anyone on the service crew direct number that was provided on my confirmation. They were nice enough to return my call 6 hours later. The crew of 2 young men were there for about 2.25 hours. Even though this was covered on the website as tasks that would be completed, they failed on the following. The window sills werent cleaned and we had them stay until they were done (even though they had their jackets on, ready to run out the door). They failed to wipe down the baseboards, the cabinets inside and out, the kitchen sink, the bathroom sinks, the back hallway was not vacuumed or mopped, the ceiling fans werent dusted, there was still dirt in the corners of the rooms. I was told they would clean the inside and out of the appliances, which was additional in my quote, and they told me they couldnt touch the food in the fridge. They should have mentioned that on the PHONE when I booked. What exactly was deep cleaned about this??? I signed the form to get them out of the house because my husband and I were growing more and more irritated with the half hearted job that was done. I called Cleanify immediately once they left and still haven't heard back. They say they are always available, yet no one answers. The form also said if there were any errors or if I wasnt satisfied, to call and they guarantee my satisfaction. So i called again this morning and complained. They spoke with the crew and then called me back and said since I signed the form saying I was satisfied, there was nothing they could do for me. They would not refund my money and they would not have a crew return to complete the job. I told her that I didnt want that crew back in my home - they couldnt do it right the first time, why would I have them back?!?! I am highly dissatisfied with this company, it is a complete scam and I will continue to review this so no one else gets scammed. I am disgusted that I paid so much and now have to reclean my own home.
