I ordered a purasilk & bellagenix trial pack in January 2013. I've got both the trial packs in February 2013. And all of the sudden, my credit card due in Mac 2013 was billed again for USD99.95 from Purasilk International, & another USD99.95 from Bellagenix International USA. I did not get the product for these second billing, and i did not order for it. I only ordered the trial packs, which i have paid USD4.95 & USD3.95 respectively.I must admit I didnt read their terms and conditions.I didnt even see them.If I knew before what I know now I would never bought this produkt.For this price I could have a new face but I dont have it and niether my money.
Has enybody succeed with complain?

I must be honest here.Not very long time ago I sent an email to this company and today I got an answer.
Dear Madam,
We respectfully apologize for the inconvenience. As part of the “14 Day Trial” offered for PuraSilk and Bellagenix, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact our customer service department within the trial period. Should they wish to cancel their trial or any future shipments, a request for a return authorization number must be made during their 14-Day trial period.
The first Lifestyles auto-shipments were billed on 03/15/2013 in the two amounts of 94.90 and was sent to our fulfillment warehouse on 03/16/2013. You should receive the product within 2 weeks. Contact us as soon as you receive the order to obtain an RMA and return instructions. Once we receive the package or valid tracking information, a refund will be issued.
All future shipments have been cancelled.

- A few days I got An RMA number for two products I bought- Purasilk and Bellagenix. Today I sent these two products back in United Kingdom. They cancelled all my future shipments but if I`ll get a ferund ... Well we will see. I will report.
