I have tried their email address, which is invalid, and calling their help/customer service phone number. I was on hold for 10 minutes on 3-14-13. A message was left at 888-412-6086. I have contacted my bank to refuse any charges from this company but am leary of collection agencies. Should I return the latest surprise shipment received today?
