I was solicited by phone about this vacation rental website to help out veterans. I told them no many times, then was finally sold a $599/5yr listing due to the claim of "risk free, money back guarantee" if they don't provide inquiries that lead to a booking within 12 months. In the phone call and many emails setting up my listing, there was no mention or disclosure of terms and conditions. You have no reason to go to their website because their "art department" sets up the whole listing for you, by copying your Homeaway.com or other listing. In the 1st 3 months, I received 7 inquiries for dates that were already booked, and 2 that did not result in a booking. I received zero inquiries for the last 9 months. I was denied my refund as a result of not meeting 1 of the terms and conditions that I had no knowledge of, and was told it was my fault for not knowing enough to go to their website (that they give you no reason to go to), scrolling to the bottom of the page, clicking on terms and conditions, then reading through 8 pages of fine print before you get to "money back guarantee" conditions. They consider this their "disclosure" of t&c.

I am more than ready to jump on any class action suits. I am in the process of filing a dispute with my credit card company to try to get the money back that way. Lesson learned. Never purchase anything over the phone if they solicited me.
