My email was down so when I called a number that I thought was Modzilla, I was redirected to Guruaid, they claimed they were the support system for modzilla, which they are not. Long story short, after speaking with someone there they logged onto my computer claiming they would be able to fix it no problem...well after about two hours of being on hold, etc etc, they said they were guruaid and would not be able to fix my computer unless I paid $399 that would include all sorts of fixes and updates. They also tried to get me to agree to and sign off on that they would 'attempt' to fix my computer but not actually guarantee they would. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM....DO NOT PURCHASE. I spent all day removing their tracking devices they put on my computer when they logged in.
