I bought the trial size for what i was thinking would be £1.99 each. I paid for them with my debit card details. A couple of weeks later i received a card through the post asking me to pay £25 each to collect these creams. I did not collect them and just left it as that. Now for no reason Bellaplex and Hydrxatone have charged me from my account £94.22 for goods i havent ordered or receive. It is absoloutely outrageous. I have had to cancel my bank card and the fraud team are investigating the matter.
