My little sister (who has my old cell phone number) and my parents home phone recieved a phone call stateing that I had pending legal action against me and that it could also be a restraining order. I give them a call back and I was put on hold for 40 minutes and then a man comes on the phone and asks what phone number was called, I give him the phone number and he states my full name to makes sure he has the correct person . He then proceeds to tell me "We have a really big problem, The auto loan that you recieved back in 2002 to has been deliquent since 2006" I knew right away that was a scam and at this point was so ticked that I actually waisted an hour of my time waiting for them on the phone. I replied to the man "So you're saying that the car i purchased in 2002 when I was 12 is deliquent?? That makes a lot of sense." and hung up the phone. Do not give these idiots any of your money!
