This boutique said that they send me all the shoes/boots I order and already paid but only receive one box of 2 pairs (still waiting for 3 pairs I paid) and the US post said to me 2 days ago that to have an other box they should have a delivery number but nothing exist about the 3 other pair of shoes... In the small box I receive there was only 2 pair it's impossible to put 5 pairs in it so where is the other box? I want my money back for the purchase I didn't receive which is - ultimate bling out diva boots 64$, green gold bottom booties 54$ and stud me up booties 54$. It's like steeling money to people and it's the last time I buy something to that compagny who doesn't respect there customers. Never thought it was a scam like that. So I demand to have my money back on the purchase I didn't have or receiving the 3 pairs of shoes in well condition and good sizes. It's been weeks I try to have a respond and I send several messages. I even wright on there Facebook page but nobody answer me...

Here are the communications I have already done at several times with WePay and US postal delivery (USPS postal). I even called directly to USPS for the follow up but they cannot do nothing since they don't have a delivery number other than the only one this compagny send me.

I am trying hard in english so sorry for the mistakes since I am french.

I have a big problem because it's been several weeks I wait for my order. See the information bellow. I order at Divalicious boutique an order of 5 pairs of boots/shoes and received only 2 pairs (see for the communication I did with you before). You confirmed that the boutique supposedly send all of them so still waiting for the 3 others pairs which you don't want to pay me back (which I consider steeling my money cause I don't have the items from the Divalicious boutique). Today I call the postal US to find the other box (because in the only box I receive there was only 2 pairs of shoes) They said to me that If there is an other box It must have an number of delivery but I never receive this other number. It's impossible to send 5 pairs of boots/shoes in a small box so DIVALICIOUS didn't send me all my purchase. I don't know how to reach them and no possibility to have my money back. I am VERY MAD and discusted about the way they steel money from people without having a way to have a good service. All I wanted was to have the things I order. See here bellow the number of the delivery from Postal US they only have one number and I didn't receive no more number of delivery. I WANT MY THINGS OR MY MONEY BACK... please

Hello I send this message to dispute today Marche 13, 2013 Thank you for the follow up as soon as possible. Hello, I received only one box with 2 pairs in it : buckle fur boots white at 39$ and Edgy Booties black (not purple I must say and size 8 insteed of 7) at 45$. The rest I didn't receive so I would like to know if they send them or not and since I don't have de 3 other pairs I already pay and didn't receive, I would like to be refund and have my money back for the ultimate bling out diva boots, green gold bottom booties and stud me up booties respectively 64$, 54$ and 54$. Would like to have an answer as soon as possible please because I have to pay my Mastercard bill before March 18 and don't want to pay the 3 pairs I did not receive in the shipping.
