BEWARE!!!!!!!
At the end of January I saw an advert for Mizulean and Pura Cleanse on Facebook and clicked on the link, which had a Channel 4 report on how good the tablets were. It also had a link to Daybreak and Lorraine saying that both Lorraine Kelly and Kate Garraway had tried it. I sent for the trial pots and was debited for the P&P on 28th January, which I was expecting. On the 14th February I was debited 2 x £69.95, which apparently was the price of the trial bottles, which I hadn't even realised they were going to do. As I wasn't well from the time I received the tablets,I didn't start taking the tablets and didn't realise the money had come from my account. I have this week received more bottles, so I rung up and they cancelled my details. On checking my account they have already debited another 2 x £69.95 last week,before I had even received the bottles, which I cannot afford. Inside the packaging there is a returns note saying that they provide a 30 day money back guarantee and to ring customer services for a RMA so you can return the goods but when I do that they said I cannot get a refund. They will only accept returned goods with a RMA number. I am writing to them to complain and copying in Martin Lewis. I don't know how far this will get but I can only try.
PLEASE DON'T ANYONE ELSE MAKE THIS MISTAKE!!!
