I received a letter stating that i had won $250,000, and should call the number provided in the letter, and to ask for Dean Mash or Angel Hunt, phone number being from the UK > 011-44-775-848-0033 ...
Letter dated September 16th, 2011 with a Lott#PY89TQ-987 as my winning draw numbers of 5-1-12-27-31-45
They listed Buffalo, NY as their North American payment center.

I received a copy of the same exact letter in my mailbox a few days ago. At first I was suspicious, but now I know it's all a big fraud 'cause I was issued the very same "lucky numbers" 5-1-12-27-31-45. Here's what the middle paragraph from the letter says...
"To elaborate further, this draw was held in Australia, where our head office is located. Your lot number drew lucky numbers 5-1-12-27-31-45 which consequently won in the 2nd category. You have therefore been approved for a lump sum pay out of US $250,000.00 at NO EXTRA COST TO YOU from our North American Payment office located in Buffalo, New York should you claim within the 2 week time frame."
"Now, we would like to explain to you the Federal and International regulations governing the personal collections of cash prizes. Prize winnings are released to you as your Clearance Fee is deducted and paid. That will be the day that your cheque will be released from our remittance office. Your Clearance Fee is provided for you and is a calculated amount based on the size of your win as required by Federal and International regulations."
Confusing? The drawing was held in Australia. Deen Mash's contact number 011-44-775-848-0033 is in the UK. Their North American payment office is in Buffalo, NY. I was issued the same winning numbers 5-1-12-27-31-45 exactly like yours. I live in California and you are in Texas. I doubt very, very, very much if either you or I will ever get a $250,000.00 from Deen Mash. (NO. I have no plans of sending in a clearance fee. If Deen Mash wants to deduct it from the $250,000 then send me a $200,000 cheque thereafter - that's perfectly fine.) -
