Frozen embryos from 1999 were to be purchased for $1750 extra fees that were not in the contract were charged. I contacted the agency owner and -it had been 2 mos since payment. I was frequently communicating with her during this time but getting no satisfaction from her. I believe she mislead me giving me misinformation about contracts, timing, availability, donors acceptance of contracts and information in general. When I was finally required to pay extra fees that were initially undiclosed , I lost all trust in this agency.She refused to return my investment and was threatened with a $2500 fee "for her time". Please advise.

Bonnie owner of EA, contacted me today and told me that she would be unable to return my money due to her need to make her mortgage payment.
