I sent for the pack based on a valuation of my items using their online calculator. The pack arrived next day as a secure post office special delivery. Sent the gold back which arrived next day as tracked by the post office online tracker system. Package was shown as signed for by a person calling themselves QUERESHI.I have since left untold messages on the answerphone as the freephone number given is just a recorded message.
Will be reporting a theft of my items to police and informing trading standards.
