International boundaries
Web site impersonates US Postal Service change of address. They do state they charge 19.95 ONLY in gray type on the first page of the change of address form.
They do the LEAST they can get away with to make it easy to miss the charge.
There is no confirmation of what you will be charged on the credit card page or on the receipt you receive when the card is charged.
This is a completely deceptive and underhanded business stealing from the public.
