In Dec 2012 I bought by catalog a "Masonic band" (ring) which did not have the masonic square and compass. So, I sent the ring back and ordered another. This time the masonic square and compass were barely visably, I was unhappy with the order and again I sent it back. The total purchases were 113.98 and 113.98 for a total of 227.96 which was credited back. I was however charged shipping and handling. Which I think is unfair as well as APR of 24.90%

I contacted Fingerhut today after getting their statement in the mail. I asked to speak with customer service and I was told that I cannot speak with customer service until the account is paid up to date. PLEASE HELP!!!
