I ordered two on line sample creams for $2.95 each cost for shipping. I received one but not the second one. I Checked my Mastercard bill and noticed I was charge $73.87 and 79.87 for the next two bottles I never said yes to. I called and they said if I ship them back I will get a refund. I did that. In the mean time they charged me three more charges. So What was owed is $233.61. I have made many calls to them and say it was sent back. My MasterCard had been compromised. The refunds never got put back on to my card. I called today again March 21 2013 and I'm told they do not cover those products. How can this be. The still answer the phone as Lisoskin. Please let me know what my next step could be to get my money back. Email me at (Personal Information Removed)
