I went online to change my address and this is the first thing that popped up. It asked to put my payment information in. I knew I had to do this with usps. After inputting my new address, I realized I made a mistake and I fixed it. A few days later, I was charged twice for changing my address to the tune of $40. This is such a scam. I tried to call numerous times and no one answers the phone. I tried to find their website today and can no longer find it. Jerks.
