Steve from Regions auto parts in Tampa tried to sell me a Subaru engine for my wife's car. I asked him what the mileage was, he said he didn't know because the cluster was conveniently sold out of it. He stated it had about 50,000 miles then asked me to get a carfax report which I had to pay for. When I did using the vin he gave me, I found the motor had over 200,000 miles. He since then has avoided every attempt to contact him. They are total scammers and should be arrested. I did my homework and didn't get scammed too bad.
