Geri Martinez did in fact lead me to believe that I could rent from her,so I moved out of my home because it would be cheaper for me.The day I moved in(2/1/13) after giving up my home of 4 years,she did in fact evict me.She knows I am on SSI disability, by taking her offer on good faith, I am now homeless with disabilities,my total income is $710 a month after auto bills I start at $550.It will cost me $1,500 minimum for first and last on another home.She is in breach of verbal contract wish has caused me to be homeless.

This issue with geri nancy martinez has been resolved.no further action is required please dismiss this complaint.
