Hi i would like to report a complain assue back again this person name alex cooper he said that he was worked for treasury grant government company, so what happen was on the march 3 of 2013, he was called me on my home phone, said that my name has been approve for a big grant government money, but before he gonna send to the grant money in to my prepaid card account, first thing i need to do is, he want me to sent him amount of $210.00 to this one men name is kentwyon davis said that this men is working for his treasury grant department, and he want me to sent the 210 money from western union, so i did sent the my money to him on that day. Then after i got home, he called me again for confirmation number of western union that i did sent the money to this one men name kentwyon davis that alex was told me so, so then i did gave the confirmation to him, and then he told that he will contact to the bank from new york to let them called me back and the bank will tranform the grant money amount of 8400.00 dollars in to my account shortly, so the next day, the bank from new york was called me, and is was a lady, her name was ana avan, and then she explain why the government grant money was approve this free money for me, she said because of my background and my credit score there no crime and no bad credit with me at all, so that why she said the reason why i been choose and been approve for this grant money. But then she also said before she sent the money in to my account first i have to pay to the bank for 499.00 for the security deposit to the bank first, then she will tranform the 8400.00 in to my account in about 15 minutes, so i said sorry, i cannot pay to you right now because i don't have enough money today, so can you wait about a week so, then she said no if you don't pay the security deposit you wouldn't be able to get this grant money and you will be canceled out from the list in about the next day. So then i said good bye to her, and i went to called alex cooper back to asked him about why he didn't never told me about this security deposit that the bank need for me to pay them at all, which he never didn't mention at all to me when we're was spoke at the first time on the phone. so alex told me no you don't have to pay to the bank for a security deposit at all, and then he told me to hold on he want to talk with the bank at new york about this for me, he told me he will be called me back in about 15 minute back, so after later on it been a few hours pass by already, he never return his called back to me since then,so then the next day i was called to him again wanna see if i can get my refund back to me, she said no this company wouldn't be refund the charge back to you at all, i said why you didn't told me about this at the first time when we're was spoke so , then he was hang up on me.
