We also purchased in 2009, I think...same sales pitch....waterpark....never happened. There are NO amenities on site. We talked to them in person...they claim that the recession hit them hard..couldn't do any more construction. I find it intersting that from I have read, they never even had water rights or a building permit for the proposed waterpark....they won't even discuss that waterpark anymore. There is a class action suite being filed. Does anyone have any details on that suite?
