Was called this morning from Mr Carter from above company stating a warrant was being issued for my arrest on a bad check charge with a cash advance company. The year was 2009 of the check I did not remember this account was was scare that I would be arrested. The guy from the company was VERY convincing! After the transaction was complete I waited for my receipt threw email but didn't receive it so I check with my bank and found out it wasn't a official federal company it was a collection agency posing as the law! My bank informed me there was nothing I could do since the money had been released except file a dispute form and hope that will work. But it will be hard considering its not a real company!
