ordered a pillips xl 2400 tv lamp and paid for it at their price of $ 89.00... they sent me an off brand instead.. i returned same to the address they listed for refunds "bluestar international components, RMA # BL0021/Return for Credit/RTS, 215 east main st., STE 206, Huntington, New York... at a mailing cost of $6.50, thus the total of $95.50.. per u.s. postal tracking#(Personal Information Removed), they received it PM of 3/4/13.. numerous, numerous attempts by me to find out status of my refund go totally unanswered..... HELP RR
