I ordered the "FREE" sample for $2.49USD shipping on 3/4/13. On 3/19/13, my checking acct was charged $87.25. I didn't receive the poduct until 3/22/13. I called the company, a phone # in the UK, which transfers to a call center in "another country," only to hear that because I had not called within the 14-day period from my "order date" to cancel, even though I had not even received the product yet, they would not refund me any money. It took ten minutes just to convince them to cancel any future orders.
