Howard Bresnick the owner sold one of my furs on consignment. After calling over the 2 years he had the coats, one was sold and that was over 3 months ago. Since then he's avoided calls, told me he mailed the check. Finally I had a friend pick up the coat that did not sell and the check for $250.00.
The check bounced and now I cannot get ahold of Howard and he's avoiding me again. I need help getting Howard Bresnick the owner to pay me the $250.00 for a green sheered "Barth Wind" fur he sold and was paid on.
