I foolishly decided to take advantage of a "Free Trial" offer - pay AU$1.91 postage, for their Anti Wrinkle Serum. Expecting a small sample to arrive with details of cost and product order info as there was no such detail on the web page I saw initially.
I paid the AU$1.91 delivery fee for the 'sample' on 29/8/11. Discovered on 15/9/2011 that AU$81.17 had been deducted from my account on 12/9/2011. WhenI arrived home that evening I discovered a parcel with a large 50ml container of product. Without ANY Paperwork of information. Arrival 3 DAYS AFTER the payment was deducted. So much for a FREE TRIAL.
I would never have placed an order of product at that time as I would not have had the funds to pay for it since the money which was taken from my account without my knowledge or authorisation was indended to pay my Gas and also my Phone Bill. As a result of this unauthorised transaction I will also probably be landed with late payment fees in addition to the money already removed from my account.
The content of the parcel is unopened and unused and will be returned as soon as I have some indication that a refund will be made.
Please note I am not willing to incur any further expenditure in this matter without my explicit agreement and consent.
