I have same problems like every ones els!! I have been fool , should read the review first. I just got my arrived yesterday and said will be charged after 14 days! Today it days 14, Not gonna give me any change to try first?? I just call my bank to cancel my card, Hope this will solve my problem!! And have to keep watching my account. Wishing everyone has the same problem as me been get the money back. Good luck.

- Do not cancel your card - no need. Contact them on the tel no on their website, state your potential next steps (As outlined in my profile - only complaint in my record). Block them from making further withdrawals. Remain calm and courteous, the Call centre agent you'll speak to is most likely of an outsourced firm anyway. They should hopefully advise you of a return address for the (used or not) container as proof of receipt and for full refund. Good luck to you.
