I was charged for this free trial product , even though I sent back the unopened trial pack with cancellation in writing and by phone , I am horrified to think a company can steal from me without my authorisation, I'm told a point of sale is what it has come under my bank records which can mean a one off I'm hoping , having said that I now received another batch same process I did all that was requested to cancel accordingly , this is a scam any help with stopping these transaction from my bank account , cancelling cards don't do it I'm told
