Eric Torso, if that is even his named will not replace my calls and scammed me out of a Tag Heuer, Monaco. The watch was supposed to have been sold, but I have received no check.
It has been over two months now, no check and they will not return my calls.

- I had sent them my father's 18K 1930's Paul Ditisheim in April 011 and it was sold mid August. I was told I would have a check in one month after processing my driver's license which seemed fine to me. I have not received a check now end of October. I called today and spoke to some one and they said there was no date of check payments and it would take up to as much as 6 months. I e mailed my second contact Eric Tosso and called but have not heard from him. From the amount of complaints I decided to lodge a complaint with consumer affairs. Most of these complaints were not on line when I checked before April or in any case did not see them, I would not have sent watch in. Original person of contact was Tye Gardner who I was told is no longer there. Obviously this is a scam company. I plan to get my watch or money one way or other. I'm not going to give them this watch.
