I ordered a pair of pink Nike Hyperdunks on 3rd February 2013 and after a couple of weeks and no sign of them I emailed them and got a response from a Jack who said they were delayed etc. The emails went back and forth for over 2 weeks and I got given excuses as to their whereabouts.
It is now 25th March and still no sign of the boots.
This is definately a fake company and please stay well clear.
NB dont confuse this company however with Kickz Store as they are a genuine trading company.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the non-delivery of your order.
However all you have to do is contact us via email or phone (both clearly available on our website along with a mobile number, fax number, twitter account, instagram account and facebook page) and we will be more than happy to sort out any problems regarding your order.
The ABSOLUTE last thing we want to do is upset anyone or have any customers having a bad experience from us so we will do our absolute utmost to get this sorted and keep our reputation intact. As I have mentioned, we are a very small company with an overwhelming response of orders at times but Customer Services is something we want to improve upon so our company can really move forward and be considered amongst the "big boys" such as FootLocker etc.

Chris, I have contacted you via phone on different occasions and the phone just rings and then goes to an answermachine, for which I left a message on and my call wasn't returned.
I've given up on emails as I get the same old excuses. You have deleted my Facebook comment as it was asking where the boots were and the fact is I haven't received my order from 3rd February and you haven't the decency to contact me with regard to this.
UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES I BELIEVE THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY so stay well clear, it doesnt take 2 months to get a pair of boots :-( -

Hi Angie,
We appreciate your comments. However as you were refunded in full we cancelled your order which is the reason you have not received your order.
We now have a fully staffed store (finally) so are able to assist with all our enquiries by manning the phones, emails and other social media much better then when you ordered with us.
Please understand we are a small company in a catch 22 situation as we want better Customer Services but then to do that we need to pay out for more Staff etc which we simply can't afford. However we are constantly growing as a business and are now in a position to offer our customers a much better service these days.
I hope you accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience we caused you and I do hope we will have the pleasure of one day dealing with you again and changing your views on us for the better :)
